Prit Moran is the HR Manager at RM Data Solutions, and has previously worked in Senior HR roles and change leadership roles in multi-national Blue Chip organisations, as well as holding Board Level positions in SME in the manufacturing industry. Prit’s experience ranges from staff engagement, motivation, employee relations, performance management and culture change to operational management and implementing business critical projects.
Prit is responsible for all HR issues, Health and Safety and Property and Facilities at RM Data Solutions and going forward into 2009 her role is to create and drive the people strategy and ensure that RM Data Solutions has the leadership, capabilities and motivation to deliver its strategy.
