The Schools Helpline can be contacted for all key stages during the relevant checking exercises on 08453 077 867 - KS2, KS4, KS5(Post 16) Background & Historical and Absence.
The amendment process is auditable and governed by strict rules. Schools and Colleges are mailed directly with DfE guidance and key dates. Outside these periods, all enquiries should be addressed to the: Performance Data Team, Schools Directorate, Department for Education, Sanctuary Buildings, Great Smith Street, London, SW1P 3BT.
